How do I change my password or update my address and other contact info?

I’ve changed my postal address, email address, and/or mobile phone number. Or, I want to change my password. How do I update my contact info?  

There are two ways to update your account information:

1. Do-It-Yourself

If you need to update your postal address, email address, mobile phone address, and/or password, please log into  www.StreetAuthority.com and then click on “My Account” on the bar at the top-right of the website. Choose the “Contact Info” and “Password” tabs to enter your new information.

While logged into “My Account,” you can also choose “Notifications.” Checking and unchecking these boxes controls what kind of email we send you.

On the “Notifications” tab, please be sure that “Issue Notifications, Trade Alerts, and Flash Alerts” is always checked, since unchecking that box means that you won’t receive critical Trade Alert emails.

2. With a Customer Service Representative
